Performance Metrics Ltd. is a RegTech software business based in Ireland that provides culture measurement and management solutions to Credit Unions. Their approach to evidencing Consumer Duty outcomes is built on their unique 1872 Culture framework that captures Member, Staff and Board metrics on Values, Behaviours and Standards.
Fergal Brehony is the Founder and Managing Director at Performance Metrics Ltd. Fergal has held various senior management positions throughout the years, including National Sales Manager for Roche, GM for ALTANA AG, and Country Manager for Takeda Pharmaceuticals. He holds an Accounting & Finance Diploma from ACCA and an MBA from RCSI UCD and studied Corporate Governance at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.
Customer Success Director
Mark Ryder is the Customer Success Director at Performance Metrics Ltd. Mark has extensive experience in various senior HR-related positions over the last 25 years. He was HR Manager with Eircom for 13 years before moving into a senior management role at Golden Pages and then as a director of 11890 Directory Enquiries. He holds an MSc. in Organisational Behaviour from Trinity College Dublin. Mark is passionate about people, their behaviours, and company culture.
Chris Quinn speaks the language of design. As a visual designer, his work is guided by a strong belief in design as a problem-solving tool, as a way of recognizing and forming relationships between ideas and reality, and as a method for improving the connections between people and the products they use.
Ihor develops the platform on which the 1872°Culture™ suite of services is built. He has designed the platform to be easy to understand and has recently re-developed the 1872 Culture website to reflect the growth in customer numbers, products and geographical reach. Ihor’s skill is in his ability to quickly understand a brief and to transform it into an elegant, logical solution.

Experienced business practitioner and advisor, specialising since 2012, in the human side of enterprise (strategic leadership, organisational behaviour / culture and teams / individual coaching)
Preceded by over 30 years’ experience as a practicing senior manager and business executive, primarily in Guinness / Diageo but also including organisational consulting (PWC) and independent business partnerships.
A qualified accountant, experienced in the worked in the not-for-profit sector both as an executive team member and board director.
Teaches, mentors and coaches on postgraduate master’s coursework submissions in the areas of coaching , leadership and strategy (IMI and TCD) from graduate development to senior executive level.
